I got a thought while reading Psalms 111..
About why God presses the commandments so.. they point to His covenant with us.
Our part of the covenant is in the commandments..
His part of the covenant, His promise of this agreement is to bless us above and beyond.
We must do our part to be blessed.
Our part to be in a “blessable state”, is obedience..
And when we mess up..
He does not throw us into the fire..
He sent His son as an intercesser for us.
Can you believe it..
He let His only begotten Son sacrifice His life in an agonizing way to give us the grace of another chance.
Why? Why would God do this for us?
Because He, the Father, loved us too.

Christians Are Not Sinners

Grace is the fulfillment of the law of sin.
Sin is transgression of the law .
If a law is fulfilled..it can not be transgressed.
The law was fulfilled by what Jesus Christ did for us.
By His righteousness..not mine..
He was tempted in all ways known to man..but sinned in none.
He walked perfectly in the word..and thus..
Was the Word. A living example of the Word in physical manifestation.
His righteousness..not mine.
My faith in His righteousness ..

I enter into the law of grace..through faith..in Jesus Christ.
In what He did..
In His righteousness which fulfilled the law of sin.
In grace by faith.
I am no longer a sinner..but a new creature under the law of grace .
No longer a sinner for the law has been fulfilled for me..
A gift.
